Screening & Reservations

Screening is required in order to meet me. Verifying yourself as safe ensures I can trust you and we can have a good time together. This form makes it easier and in one place for you. All information is kept private, and deleted after screening.

Option #1: Two or more recent companion references (seen no older than one year ago) Please provide their names, contact info and their websites. They must be verifiable with an online presence. Note that this option can take time, not recommended for last minute requests.

Option #2: A member of p411 with recent okays and/or private delights with recently vouched for reviews. Please send me a message/get screened request.

Option #3: Employment verification AND your ID. I accept a business card, work badge, paystub, or a discreet work email.
